GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival and departure times
- Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00
- Check-out no later than 11:00
Late arrivals are possible on request.
Please inform us of your arrival time the day before or the morning of your arrival day by phone, SMS or WhatsApp on + 33 (0)6 23 50 09 83 or by e-mail contact@terredorizon.com
We thank you for leaving your studio by 11:00 latest. You have a room to leave your luggage for a few hours before your departure (or on your arrival), under your responsibility. An extra day will be charged if the departure time is not respected.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is currently set at €1.50 per day for the entire duration of the stay. It is payable by the client on presentation of the invoice and is paid in addition to the price of the night.
Children
The Terre d’Orizon is mainly for adults. The safety standards of the swimming pool are not adapted to children and the studios are double, with no possibility of adding a baby cot or extra bed. However, it is possible to book 2 studios with a connecting door.
Wifi
WiFi is available throughout the guesthouse free of charge.
Parking
Free private parking is available on site (without prior reservation).
Animals
We are sorry that we do not accept pets
Night’s rest
From 22:00 we ask you to lower the noise level (music, TV, voices, movements) out of consideration for the other tenants of Terre d’Orizon and/or the neighbours.
Sanitary facilities
The Terre d’Orizon has its own septic tank, therefore only toilet paper may be thrown into the toilet. All other materials (incl. food scraps) can lead to an immediate malfunction.
We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of intervention, repair or replacement.
non-smoking
All our studios are non-smoking. For safety reasons, especially fire fighting, we do not recommend smoking on our property. If you still wish to allow yourself a cigarette, please do so with caution and respect to our non-smoking guests.
Swimming pool
The pool is open to guests from 8:00 to 20:00. To limit noise, running around the pool and diving are not allowed. The pool is not supervised and is used at your own responsibility.
Gym
The gym is available free of charge from 07:00 to 20:30 without prior reservation and is subject to availability of equipment. Towels are provided free of charge. We ask our guests to clean the equipment after use with the paper towels and disinfectant provided. The Gym is used at your own responsibility.
